Claremont SecurityManaged compliance · Enterprise AI protectionThe Firm Assistant, the Morning Brief and the Return Reviewer, built inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant. Five Copilot Notebook prompts are free to use.
One free tool and the agents • Sample prompts free • Install record for clients
Everything here is written and versioned by Claremont, then deployed into your own Microsoft 365 tenant. You will not log in here to do your work.
For anything that still goes to a tool outside your tenant. Paste the working text and every identifier it recognises becomes a reversible token as you type, so what reaches the assistant carries the shape of the problem without the client in it. Paste the reply back and the values return.
Free, no account, and nothing you paste leaves the browser. A web tool rather than an agent, and the only one here that needs no licence. Open the Clean Room → // In_Your_TenantDrafts, summarises, and prepares in your firm’s voice. Emails, memos, engagement letters, meeting prep, with your disclaimers attached. The everyday one. It may look things up, and it tells you when it did.
What it hands backA draft in the firm’s own register, every date, dollar amount and client name in bold, a sources line, and a closing that returns the decision to the professional. It never sends anything.
Nothing it writes sends itself.

A named agent in your Microsoft 365 tenant, scoped to your client library. Crosswalks a draft return against the source documents before it is filed, K-1 to 1040 today, and flags every figure that does not tie to its document, naming the box and the document. It does not analyze filed returns, does not conclude whether a position is correct, and never states what a variance means. That stays with your reviewer.
What it hands backA box-by-box K-1 to 1040 crosswalk with variances tiered, a year-over-year read, and an open-items letter for the client. It never answers “what does this mean”; the CPA does.
Deployed, not pasted. Verified against each tax year before season opens.

The overnight inbox, sorted before the first client call. Ask Copilot for the brief and it comes back as reply today, chase, and file.
What it hands backThe inbox triaged before it is opened: reply today, chase, file, and a secure-handling flag for anything that looks like a client identifier in the wrong place, with no draft written for that last one.
Runs in your tenant, on your mailbox, under your permissions.

The Clean Room runs in your browser. The agents are built in your tenant, not run from ours.

Written for Microsoft 365 Copilot Notebooks. Point them at a set of client documents, not at a blank chat.
A sample of how we write. The agents we build are longer, firm-specific, and governed.
The agents are built into your own tenant, governed and kept under version control, as part of a Claremont engagement. The sample instructions above are free.
